Cancellation policy

This policy details how CreateMyOwnWebsite handles refunds and cancellation of the paid subscription plans.
30 Day Money Back
If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, you can return your order for a full refund. Requests for refund must be submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription date. To request a refund, please contact us by email.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request was submitted.
Canceling the subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time, after the initial 30 days. To do this, you need to log in your CreateMyOwnWebsite account, go to Settings -> Subscription Details and click on the Cancel Account button.
When you cancel your CreateMyOwnWebsite account, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be billed again. Also, your account will be permanently removed from our servers and you need to resubscribe if you wish to access our service again.

What are keyword ranking units?

CreateMyOwnWebsite comes with a flexible offer, to better serve your needs. Therefore, our plans are based on keyword ranking units.

A keyword unit means a single keyword checked in a single search engine with a search depth of 5 pages. Each subscription comes with a maximum number of keyword ranking units that you can use in a month.

You can split your keyword units any way you want for weekly or daily updates, across multiple search engines.

What does "search depth" mean?

The search depth in CreateMyOwnWebsite refers to the number of search engine result pages that CreateMyOwnWebsite will process to retrieve data for your keywords. The default search depth is set to 5 pages.

This means that the service will retrieve the top 50 results from the search engines, but you can change the depth to 10 pages if you want to monitor search engine positions beyond the 5th page of the results list.
